“What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.” Christmas has just passed few days ago... and it feels like just yesterday!!! Now the time and day to be awaits.. the New Year... does it make any different??? Oh well, it just a number of 2009... the day would be same as yesterday .. but then of course the saying is ~ New Resolution & Promise ~ That's what people always say and do... but do they actually hold what they've promised??? hmmm well, its up to them :)
I have enjoyed my Christmas which is also very tiring for me... I have worked since the 22nd and probably til the 31 Dec... my feet..oh!! cant imagine how sore it is!!! running here and there attending customer, carrying serving plates and making drinks.. plus I have to babysit Francesca at the same time!!! but thats only after 9pm.. bcos Ive made her nap since 630pm in the car, so I can have my work run well! clever kan! so she sleep in her baby car seat, put her behind the bar.. Ive been doing it every nite.. luckily she didnt wake up for loud noises, or music in the restaurant.. sweet girl!!! :p she'll be only wake up after 2 hours or 3 nap.. that time was just prefect where people already start to finish their meals... and there, I can rest and let her have her dinner....
How I wish to do a Xmas lunch at home, making my own food and bla bla bla... but I just couldnt bcos too tired.. we went to bed almost at 2am.. yeah, my daughter too!!! so obviously we wake up.. errr like 12pm!! yep, me and my daughter needs 10hrs rest! hahaha!!! so, I dont have the energy to cook and think what to prepare.. so I wake my husband, get ready togo somewhere to eat.. I thought that we are going to have a fancy Lunch some nice restaurant.. but then he said, mm I want to try 'Bah Kut Teh'...... WHAT???? Bah Kut Teh for Lunch..........?? I think NOT twice... but many many times!!!! what to do just follow lah....... so we went to 1Borneo, where there's a shop selling Bah Kut Teh @the ground floor.. the smell of 1Borneo!! You can smell it from the 1st floor!!! Luckily di 1Borneo, with air-condition.. if somewhere just kedai kopi.. I die lah!!!! the food not bad, soup was OK.. medium strong I must say.. He didnt like it very much, well, Ive warned him that he might not like the taste.. tapi habis juga he eat... haiiiii ~~~~
then after food, we jalan2 and pick up my bday gift from Tune Store... ala... rm20 Voucher... ok juga lah... well, that's all folks!!!
thinking to celebrate my birthday with friends at GRAZIE... but coincidentally, my cousin Emily has her wedding Blessing @Hyatt today at 5pm... then after that I have no choice to work at GRAZIE has we have fully booked tonight... oh! I guess I might just have a busy night at the restaurant :( but it's ok... I actually have celebrated it last night with my daughter and husband at the Restaurant right after finished working... Xmas + Birthday... how sweet.... Yep, today Ive turned 32 years old, which I dont think its TOO old!!!! HAHAHA... oh well, it just a number ....

and of course..with boozes, cheers here and there, the night is yours~~!

On the 24th night, I will be working.. :( yeah, its been 3 years that Im working on Xmas eve... what to do.... but its kinda fun... :)

I always wanted to watch 'Heroes' on telly episode by episode.. but I always has missed it!! If Im not mistaken, Ive only watched few episodes errr 5? on Season 1.... urgghh...... boring..... watching on the telly pun not so much FUN cos..too many commercial breaks.... potong stim sekali!!!! Maybe bcos of that, my interests to carry on watching it.. terlepas!!

Nice stories... Good looking actors / actresses.... lots kind of powers/abilities... quite confusing at first... need to remember what kind of power they have.... kinda complicated if you dont focus and pay attention, cos once you've missed a part/action, there.. you'll be lost it... :p So, no talking while watching.... hehhehee thats what my husband says... 'ppsssstttt....' !@!!!
We are in Seasons III now... very addictive... cannot stop watching it... one episode to an another episode.... sampai ter-mimpi-mimpi the powers they have.... the most I like character in Heroes is 'Peter'....... he just has everything...... anybody agree with me??? hehehhee
When Im finished watching the Seasons III, will give a comment about it... do they make S04?..

Previous post I've mentioned about this place.. yeah, we actually came back to try the so-called 'biggest Burger' ehem... This time I went with my 2 brothers.. yeah, big eater mah, so can finish lor!!! Since my youngest brother was very curios about this magical burger.. so he was so keen to try it!

I'm 3yo :pToday is my little one turns 3years old.. We hdd her birthday celebration last Sunday and it was great and fun! She had her friends and cousins around, playing, sharing, coloring, rabut-rabuting balloons... etc (you know lah kids!)
We celebrated @New Gaya Seafood restaurant,Inanam for birthday Lunch.. my family, relatives, cousins and friends are there to share the joy.
After that, we continued our 'tipsy-ness' feeling at my house..tapau minum lagi lah!!! that's around 4pm... then came another groups of friends (who didnt manage to go earlier on) to my house and chat...
ermmm banyak lah cerita 'grandma-grandpa' stories... tidak abis abis... My husband has togo to work.. kasian juga...but he's so sweet offering everyone to come to GRAZIE for a dinner and that's our last stop and celebration officially finished..! I was so damn tired from morning, pinggang macam mau patah.. as well as Francesca, too tired til she slept at the restaurant...then ibubapa continue cerita dan minum...
Our last dish.. Lamb Rack...we had earlier onPasta(Rigatoni Cabonara), Meat(Beef Steak)
and Fish (Tuna Steak).. ah..Bliss!

Into the shop, took a mini basket, zap-zap-zap... this and that... oh this oh that!... Got a Tree as well, and very nice and cute star shape lights! Loved all of them... Surprisingly it was not expensive as I thought it would be :) lucky me again, or maybe I got all picked correctly and suits my taste.
Got home, Oh Francesca loves them all.. and kept on asking me when are we going to put the Xmas Tree.. hehe tonight? or its bit too early??? erm.. we'll see ..
After unpacked, the mood kept me going on and on.. I was on my desk, here I go, looking for 'Christmas Songs' ... yeah!!! got it all what I wanted :p then I played it out loud .. even it was heavy rain like hell... hehe..that's it for now.. These are the things I bought today...

Dengar sja 'NY NY'.. then it reminds me about the Frank Sinatra's song :p Yup, we have New York, New York in KK @1Borneo... It's not a fancy kinda new yorkie style boutique desinger, or selling the mechandise of Statue of Liberty or Music Records...!! BUT, it's a Restaurant!!!! Its called NY NY, maybe because since NY is part of State of America, then the food they serve is just like how the Americans had every single day!!! So, the Americans basically eats LOADS and TONS of Burgers, Sandwiches, HotDogs, French Fries...~ in a category of JUNK FOOD or FASTFOOD they call it, unless it has another names for it...
Went to have dinner..errm dinner? of the Junk food?? Oh wth.. only today mah... together with my brother, he is the one who recomended me to come here.. so I'll give it a try..
The restaurant has a nice set up, comfy chair/mini-sofa chair, bright pictures of NewYork's! good rap/rnb/pop music, and very impressive Menu...which the only thing I admired :P beside the food lah!! So, looking thru the Menu... sooo many choices of good-fatty food... seems like I want it all of 'em... HAHA

So, I ordred ~Calamari, Fries with Sour cream + Cheesy sauce, a swiss mushroom burger for myself(sharing with my daughter) and a T-bacon burger for my brother (its not a bacon of Pork.. paam-paam lah.. where got fast food served Pork one in Sabah!!!!) As for beverage, I wanted to get freezie drinks, or an ice cream float but Im affraid I would finish my drink first before have my burger... so I go with the Lime Juice...
In the End..?? ya, very lah kenyang..FULL... cant even finish my burger, nasib ada DBKK.. hehe Calamari was ok but too oily, fries..besa-besa sja ler... the burger.. ok for me, just I dont really like mustard so much, but the rest of it, taste good.. the meat punya lah tebal!!! that's why make me full easily... plus worth for the price too.. so anyone who loves so much about fast food, this place is just right for ya'... no regrets!!!
