** Hot or Cold: does it matter??

= hehehe this one applies most to the cina-cina bah..i guess!! but me also do the same thing, its just matter of believing it or not :p klu westerners I dont think they believe such thing.!!
** Bottled or tap: which is better??
Bottled water sproting a pristine mountain spring on its packaging may look invigorating to some, but don't let the pretty packaging fool you. Some brands simply package tap water. If you are still uncertain about bow safe the tap water really is, get a tap filter.
= Tap filter should be safe. In my house, I dont boil water for drinking (unless making coffee, yes lah) I buy Mineral water bottled 3 ctns for 2 weeks! ok mah like that, no need to boil and isi water.. hehehe

Before reaching there, off course makan dulu!! we had a superb meal at the 'Sungai Wang' seafood restaurant... very good food! then lepak2 at the beach til 5pm.... the kids enjoyed + kepenatan...the mommas had fun too~ 'makan kacangs' =D
We stopped by somewhere in kota belud roadside... makan 'jagung bakar' mmmm nyaman sekali !!!!

@5pm, we're on our way to Tenom for CNY eve Dinner ... yummmy!!! Imaginating all the yummy food ....hehehe
In the end, I won aabout rm60 only.. better than nothing. :)
Then its time a 'fireworks' watch... quite interesting, but skijap only.. cos teda ramai orang supply fireworks.!!!
Went back home at almost midnight, there goes our 1st night...Xin Nien Kuai Le..
got up and everyone's ready by 10am... went for a quick Breakfast cos there will be no food at my grandma's place not until at 1pm.. so makan banyak2 ler... Receiving and giving 'hung paw' time... not me ler... my daughter, she got all from my aunts, uncles, po dai & kung-kung :D me just collect :}Then after that, family photo together with grandma.. every year she's the superstar..... =D
After the photo session, some went for lunch.. as today cannot have meat. .. dengan tidak membuang masa, my brother starts the 'daun' game... then pelan2 the kaki datang.... mmmm my dad as a 'cong' lagi, apalagi, everytime, when my dad became a 'cong'... all the honey bees gathered~~~~!! heheheeI joint venture with my brother play 'lap lap fu'... tunggu kemenangan only lah! we won few $$$ only... afer an hour, they changed into 'poker' game... oh this time, mau simpan banyak sikit pokok... :) sap trus!!! yeah, we won $hundredss each... ok break time... 'Lion dance' time :)
Francesca has enjoyed watching the Lion dance, this time she ikut2 belakang and touching-tocuhing the tail... if can she wants to be in the team.. as the drummer..!! hahaa
Nothing much around after the lion dance so I put her to nap.. and me continue poker-ing.... =DDinner ready around 630pm... so tired, teda mandi lagi nih.... and lapar!!! another super-duper yummy food......ngap ngap ngap........ all the 'lap jeong' finished by ME....... gondoot!!!
That's all about the CNY trip this year, quite boring but the joy is there... back to Kgau rest and sleepp....The next day, after breakfast ~off back to KK... Tenom see you next year....

Chinese fortunetellers say fire _ one of the five elements mystics believe form the basis of the universe _ is essential to financial well-being. And fire is nowhere to be found in the mythology of this coming Year of the Ox, the Chinese lunar year that begins Monday.
"Fire is the driving force behind economic growth. Without it, the market lacks momentum," said Raymond Lo, a Hong Kong master of feng shui, the ancient Chinese practice of trying to achieve health, harmony and prosperity through building design, the placement of objects and auspicious dates and numbers

Chinese soothsayers see a deepening recession, millions more losing their jobs, and stocks and home prices continuing to fall. That's more or less in line with what some economists are predicting, but some fortunetellers are throwing in other dire predictions _ massive earthquakes, rising U.S.-Russian tensions and trouble for President Barack Obama.
Obama, born in the Year of the Ox, is taking office in a particularly bad year for his Chinese astrological sign. The ox sign is in direct conflict this year with a traditional Chinese divinity called the "God of Year," considered a bad omen. Obama also is the 44th president, a number the Chinese deem extremely unlucky, because "four" is pronounced the same as "death" in Chinese.
"The new U.S. president is not having good luck this year. His honeymoon will only be short-lived," said fortuneteller Alion Yeo, predicting Obama may even face impeachment in his first year in office. "The Year of the Ox looks slightly better and less dire than last year, but it will still be bumpy."
Yeo also predicted that the U.S. mortgage crisis would worsen and the stock market would plunge to new lows.
But Malaysian numerologist Weng Shi Ming suggested Obama's birth year would offset his bad luck. Weng said the symmetry of 1961 is "the perfect mix of ying and yang," rendering Obama "immune to the effects of 44."
The ox, one of 12 animals in the Chinese zodiac, symbolizes calm, hard work, resolve and tenacity. According to legend, the ox allowed the cunning rat to ride on its head in a race to determine the animals' order. Shortly before the ox crossed the finish line, the rat leaped off to claim victory. The Year of the Rat was marked in 2008.
Among the world's luminaries born in the Year of the Ox: former U.S. President Richard Nixon (1913), former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (1925), Princess Diana (1961), and Hollywood actors George Clooney (1961) and Richard Gere (1949).
The lunar new year is the biggest annual festival for ethnic Chinese, who make up about one-fifth of the world's population. It is a time of lavish spending, when loved ones exchange "hong bao," or red envelopes stuffed with money. But this year's festivities will likely be more subdued amid the economic slump.
"What's important is that the family has a good time. There's no need to overspend," said Ooi Lee Mui, a Malaysian housewife shopping in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown, where the season's gold lanterns and bright-hued flowers bedecked streets and stores.
Joey Yap, a feng shui expert in Malaysia, saw no economic recovery before 2010.
"It will be a daunting year. We haven't really reached the peak of the problems yet," Yap said. "We haven't tasted the main dish, and will most likely experience it during the second half of the year."
But feng shui master Lo saw a glimmer of hope. The combination of two elements changes every lunar year, and this time it's two earths, the element that represents harmony and peace. Not since 1949, when the world order was settling down after World War II, has an Ox Year seen two earth signs.
"It is a year for healing ... from the turbulent time the world has experienced," Lo said.

I'll be away for few days to celebrate Chinese New Year with my relatives, cousins, grandma from my father's side... yu huuuuuuuu.. can't wait!!! My mom were already in Tenom few days ago, so she can prepare the most delicious food for this year... cos every year, tukang makan only... so this time, ermmm sadap-sadap lah nih she masak.... yum yum... she know all my favorites!!!! ( Terung, Cung kien, udang kering with bawang merah, kangkung belacan..& the most requested and A MUST!!!- bawang putih & merah goreng with kicap...) a ya yaiiiii........ 'salivating' already :)
I can finish 2 tins o!! bukan tin yg kici, the one yang panjang punya tin... hehehe tapau lagi p KK..

So I need to clarify and investigate this case. (the 2nd lady cepat2 take my dog's foto, as one of my dog were barking and wandering around.
Me : (Blurred).... errr I think your client has made a mistake.. I've lived here for 4yrs and my dog never go around out from this gate, and my dog never bite anyone. (smiled..) (while talking my dog -Mose' still barking but I stopped him.. so he stopped!!)
Lady : By looking at your dog, I am SURE that YOUR dog, which the description has been given to me by the person is the SAME dog... the jaw, the teeth and the color of the dog.. (memang buduh lah in my mind said already!!! and I started to be PANAS!!!)
Me : Sorry. I have explained to you and assure you that its not my dog. How can my dog go out with these fence and strong gate?? Have you check around my area?? There are a lot of stray dogs around this area which is quite dangerous too.. have you check that??? Have you check how many Rottweiler around in this area??? Just few days ago, she was walking on her way to work, a Bitch dog -baru juga lepas beranak was her neighbor's dog #47..the dog barked at her and start to bite her bag... suddenly she recalled that she forgot to take some keys, so she went back to her house, & the dog kept on following her & this time the dog attacked/jumped on her, she quickly lift up her hand to protect her face from the dog's bite..the dog didnt actually bite strong or badly 'like how the silly Lady has described' -hospitalized lah kunun!!! sialan!!! Saw on the girl has 2 handy plastered.. injected and she look fine..just a bit phobia.. thats for sure. So I bring her to her neighbor and called the owner of the dog.. so they talked..)

Yesterday, we were invited by BB to her friend's ( Luisa & Vincenzio ) from Italia to his apartment to have a lunch...Italian Food..? erm never say NO! So, we arrived. The food were already displayed on the table..and there's an array choices of FOOD & DRINKs =D .. .. .. .. which one? which ? should I start 1st??? HAHA SO BURUK! Memang lapar already we all.. so I start with Salumi & Proscuitos. . . bite by bite... uhhu uhhu uhhu... never enuff! hehehe.. my daughter as usual, loved to eat em' so much!!! and she ate a lot of it!!!
They prepared = Prosciutto, Salami, Parmigiana, Pizza, Bread, Cipolla Fritatta, Cheeses, the Ultimate dish Spagetti Cabonara with Pancetta.. We ate, chat, laugh, joke, drink, sing, Oh! such a bliss..... we should have this like, every weekend...? hehehe guarantee gemuk! =D
I bought ~3 choices of puff.
This day I think I've put on 1kg for these lovely and irresistible FOOD... just like Ive gained few on my last post {Italian Festa} . I had most of the FOOD there and had Beers & Lemoncello. Should have seen my belly.... pheeww!!!! HAHA
so FULL couldn't even walk straight up!
